Last updated: 30/10/2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your interactions with Overcast Technologies Limited (trading as "CopaOps", "we", "us" or "our"), including submitting enquiries or requesting a demo of the CopaOps football operations platform.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who we are
CopaOps is a product and trading name of Overcast Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Overcast Technologies Limited operates this website to present the CopaOps operations hub for sporting organisations, and to let visitors get in touch or book a demo.
This website is informational and does not provide direct access to the CopaOps platform. Access to the platform itself is governed by a separate agreement entered into with your organisation when you become a customer.
3. Using this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, the servers on which it is hosted, or any connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material; or
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or demo request forms.
We may suspend or restrict access to this website at any time, without notice.
4. Enquiries and demo requests
Submitting a contact form or demo request does not create a contract between you and CopaOps. It is an expression of interest only. Any agreement to provide the CopaOps platform to your organisation will be set out in a separate order form, subscription agreement, or similar document signed by both parties.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry or demo request, and to only submit information on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the CopaOps name and brand, and the underlying design — is owned by or licensed to CopaOps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal or internal business use, provided you do not modify any content and do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
You must not reproduce, republish, or otherwise exploit any part of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. No warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without any representation or warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Any descriptions of the CopaOps platform, its features, or capabilities on this website are for general informational purposes only and do not form part of any contractual offer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overcast Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Links to other websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked websites, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our use of personal data and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
10. Changes to these terms
